The Bistro Program launched the Rainbow Grilled Cheese Challenge to bring attention to the frontline workers. This fun, colourful and delicious grilled sandwich is easy to make and a real showstopper! Students, teachers, friends of Summit and many more whipped up this treat and videotaped or took pictures of their creations.
Summit wants to say a BIG THANK YOU to all those who have worked so hard on the front lines of the COVID-19 fight.
